Welcome to Adapt Family Health Solution’s
Adapt Family Health solutions focus is to provide a flexible support service tailored to the needs of the participants to match their NDIS Goals. We come to your preferred place whether it is at home, out in the community or in our offices. We have experienced social workers, counsellors, nurses, teachers and community service staff who are diverse in their background and also speak different languages which represents the diversity of Australians accessing the NDIS Service.
Our Mission & Vision
Adapt is dedicated to empowering people with psychosocial disability and neurological and physical disabilities to live a fulfilling life while embracing their unique status and achieving their full potential. This is achieved through comprehensive services by developing a support plan evidence based through research and collaboration with other professionals in the participant’s needs. Our mission and vision is to ensure equality of access to all people living with a disability irrespective of their backgrounds and location. We are holistic, empathetic, person centred, believe in social justice for all, and highly respectful. We support our participants with dignity and respect, promote choice and control and ensure that they have a voice in all matters relating to their care.
Our Team and Expertise
Our staff range from qualified social workers. Linet is the founder of Adapt Family Health Solutions. She is an accredited mental health social worker and registered behaviour practitioner who has a Master in Social work and a background in Education science, Teaching. She has direct expertise in disability sector and providing targeted psychological services. She has practiced extensively in mental health, family services, child protection, family violence, and conducts Behaviour assessments and therapy.
We have experienced Counsellors, Community support workers with a nursing background and mental health. We have our lead anthropologist for cultural advice and have engaged with some of the local elders to provide advice on working with First Nations people and their families.
